Expert coaching from communications specialists

Lifting the bonnet

Published by Campbell Storey on September 9, 2013

Companies have loads of experts and they should encourage them to share their work with their customers and potential customers. Microsoft have a nice example of this in their blog about the development of Windows 8. Although it is quite techie it is also a great insight into how such a complex product comes to market. A little bit of transparency can go a long way. Communications Directors could do a lot worse than talk to their R&D or strategy teams and see if they can shed a bit of light on their work.
